Please feel free to discuss any thoughts, critiques, questions, or concerns you may have regarding Chapter One in this thread.

For now, I'm going to keep the individual page comments enabled on the main website. I don't expect to have enough traffic as of right now to require a completely separate set of posts for each page here. So, we'll just keep it at a chapter by chapter level until the situation dictates otherwise.

I do have to say that it is difficult for me and my coke-bottle glasses to read the small font without enlarging the picture a bit.

Still unsure if I'm liking the new comic, but the current strip has certainly been a wonderful bit of early character development.

I've tweaked the layout and subsequently enlarged the pages by 20% or so. Hopefully, it helps those of you with coke-bottle glasses.

The next page should be updated sometime in the next two days - providing my dogs allow me some time to work on it after I get home from my regular job.

In the meantime, this is Zilch. He’s one of the four primary protagonists in Amity, along with Daniel, Amity, and Sumo (you’ll have to wait until the update to meet Sumo).

Zilch looks so cute! I adore his playful and nonchalant expression!

I'm looking forward to see what kind of critter Sumo is.

Zilch reminds me of someone. I cant recall who. I suspect its probably because I have a whole wall of fox posters... or possibly he's just one of those characters that immediately seems familiar. Or were you going for that?

You could probably make some money doing avatar commisions, you know! Heck, if they were guaranteed to look like that, i'd buy one! i'd probably buy several.

Sorry Zilch, applying Occam's razor results in "Disney Movie" still being the current best explanation.

Gonna need a few more panels to get it all together.

Sorry for the delay in the next page everyone. I've had a number of other projects taking up my time over the past couple of weeks. It's almost done, but it might not be totally complete until Friday.

In the meantime, I've uploaded a single panel of the next page to my Tumblr blog.

It's always good to know how ones skills compare to others. Now I see my drawing abilities are on par with a Raccoon.

I can't draw much either. XD

But from what I've observed thus far.... it seems that Sumo is the more artistic one, while Zilch is more of the technical, science-y type.

Ohhhhh! Either Amity is turning into a ghost or she is being warped into another spatial realm, or maybe she's appearing in the physical space that Daniel and the others are currently occupying.
